Reservation fees
A puppy reservation fee of $300 is non-refundable. This is to reserve the puppy of your choosing to be pulled off the "Available" list of an active born litter. This Deposit is deducted from the Total Balance. Do to a few Payment issues in the past and Flakes The full remaining balance is due when puppies are 6 weeks of age no exceptions unless there is an emergency with proof. If remaining balance is not received within 48 hours , You will forfeit deposit.
As Breeders, we always get the right to First Pick puppy in every litter, at any time. If this situation arises, the last person on the list can have the option of being moved towards the top of the list of an upcoming litter or have their waitlist fee refunded. If for any reason, you change your mind, and no longer want a puppy, you forfeit your deposit.
Once you select the puppy of your choosing and place a deposit we remove the availability of that puppy from the public, passing up other potential buyers. This is a time sensitive matter as pups grow quickly from birth to 8 weeks.
